Merida’s dress design is based off the park characters.
For the record. It’s not a bedazzled dress either. The effect is meant to make it look like sequins. (Like the one in the park)
What is with all this 2D animation Merida hate?!?!?!
They aren’t going to put a CGI Merida next to a 2D Cinderella?!?! WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THIS CONCEPT?!!?!?!?
And everyone needs to stop calling it a redesign too. It’s not a redesign. It’s the FIRST design of Merida in 2D animation.
Lastly….she basically looks the SAME! There was NO drastic change like some of the other princesses.
All this “I hate you Disney for doing this to Merida” shit is ridiculous.
